On this podcast…

I joined Konstantin Kisin and Francis Foster on the Triggernometry podcast to discuss the structure, functioning and development of the brain. Francis and Konstantin were keen to understand where anxiety comes from and what we can do to work through this. We explored this at length and talked about other areas of our psychological wellbeing that I cover in A Path through the Jungle such as: imposter syndrome, panic attacks, drives and resilience.
