Andy Varns

Director of Operations

Andy had been part of the Chimp Management team since July 2016 and has worked across a variety of roles. He is currently Director of Operations across all companies within the Mindfield Health organisation (Chimp Management, Mindfield UK and Mindfield Media) whilst also working closely as an assistant to Professor Peters.

Andy’s main roles will be to oversee all aspects of Mindfield Health, as well as managing anything directly related to Professor Peters such as book publishing, media and speaking commitments, individual 1:1 clients – or anything else that comes up!

Beverley Nesbitt

Deputy CEO

Beverley comes from a background of managing a busy University Academic Psychiatry Department for over 19 years at the University of Sheffield. Managing research grants, conferences, undergraduate and postgraduate training courses, overseas placements and psychiatry summer schools.

After eight years as General Manager at Chimp Management Ltd, in August 2020, Beverley stepped into the role of Deputy CEO within our parent company Mindfield Health Ltd.

Chimp Management

Chimp Management was set up by Professor Steve Peters in order to respond to the numerous requests he was receiving for help in understanding and using The Chimp Model.

Steve and his experienced team of doctors and psychologists specialise in helping others be the best they can be and achieve psychological well-being. The Model helps people working in all walks of life including public services, the corporate sector, education, health and the world of sport.  Their daily work is helping clients to get the best out of themselves and others, using The Chimp Model.

Our aim is to help educate and assist anyone who would like to further develop their chimp management skills.
